How to Choose

Not Sure Which One You Need?

  1. 01

    Vehicles on the Floor?

Hot tires need a professional-grade coating. Epoxy flake or polyaspartic is the right family, not a sealer and not a DIY kit.

  2. 02

    Machinery or Wash-Down?

Forklifts, thermal shock and chemical exposure point to cementitious urethane or a heavy resinous industrial system.

  3. 03

    Want the Concrete to Show?

If you like the look of the slab itself, polished concrete refines what you already have and lasts 20+ years with no film to fail.

  4. 04

    Just Need Dust Control?

For patios, basements and utility spaces, grind and seal delivers most of the practical benefit at the lowest cost.

Service Questions

Which floor system is right for my garage?

For a residential garage taking daily vehicle traffic, epoxy flake or polyaspartic is almost always the answer. Both resist hot tire pickup, oil and chemicals. Flake hides slab imperfections and adds slip resistance; polyaspartic cures faster and holds color better under UV.

Can you do commercial and industrial floors as well as homes?

Yes. Roughly half our work is commercial: warehouses, shops, breweries and food production facilities across Eugene and Springfield, using cementitious urethane and heavy-duty resinous systems with anti-slip aggregate and hygienic cove base.

Do all your services include surface prep?

Every one of them. Diamond grinding and crack repair are part of the quote on all six services. It is the single biggest factor in whether a floor lasts, so it is never an optional upgrade line.

How long will my project take?

Most residential garages are 1-2 days. Polished concrete and larger commercial floors depend on square footage and gloss level. You get a written schedule with your estimate before anything is booked.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. In-home and on-site estimates are free across our service area, with no travel surcharge for Eugene, Springfield, Junction City or Cottage Grove.

What if I am not sure what I need?

That is the normal starting point. Tell us how the space is used and what bothers you about the current floor, and we will recommend the system that fits. We regularly talk people out of the more expensive option when it is not warranted.
