1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, requesting an estimate or booking work with Eugene Epoxy Floors, you agree to these terms. If anything here does not work for your situation, tell us before the project starts and we will confirm any variation in writing.

2. Services We Provide

Eugene Epoxy Floors provides concrete floor coatings & polishing services in Eugene, Oregon and the surrounding area, including:

  • Epoxy Garage Floor Coatings
  • Polished Concrete
  • Industrial Concrete Coatings
  • Custom Epoxy Countertops
  • Decorative Concrete Overlays & Staining
  • Concrete Grind & Seal

We are a licensed, insured and bonded contractor registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.

3. Estimates and Quotes

In-home and on-site estimates are free within our service area. Estimates are based on what we can see and measure on the day. If the slab reveals conditions that were not visible at the estimate, such as hidden delamination, contamination or moisture levels above the specified threshold, we will stop, explain what we have found and agree any change in scope and price with you before continuing.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote itself.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change until a written quote is issued and accepted. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out on your quote and confirmed before work begins. Final payment is due on completion unless we have agreed different terms in writing.

5. Scheduling, Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide clear, safe access to the work area for the scheduled duration, along with reasonable access to power and water. The area should be emptied of vehicles, stored items, shelving and anything else that would prevent us working across the full floor.

Exterior work depends on weather. Applying coatings or sealers to a damp slab causes failures, so we may reschedule exterior work if conditions are unsuitable. We will always tell you as early as we can.

6. Cure Times and Return to Use

Every system has a stated cure schedule that we will give you at handover. Typically a residential garage floor takes foot traffic the same evening and vehicle traffic after approximately 48 hours. Using the floor before the stated cure time can damage the finish and is not covered by warranty.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a booked start date. Materials for your specific color and system are often ordered ahead of time, so late cancellations may incur a charge covering materials already purchased for your job.

8. Warranty

Installed floors come with a written warranty covering the coating system and workmanship, as set out on your quote and invoice. The warranty does not cover damage from structural movement of the slab, moisture introduced after installation, impact damage, chemical exposure beyond the specified system's rating, use before the stated cure time, or third-party repairs and alterations.

If something is not right, contact us within a reasonable time of noticing it and we will inspect the floor.

9. Existing Concrete and Pre-Existing Conditions

We work with the slab you have. Coatings and polishing improve the surface but cannot correct structural defects, active movement, or substrate failures that already exist. Where we identify these, we will tell you what can and cannot be achieved before you commit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eugene Epoxy Floors is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Oregon law.

11. Website Content and Photography

The content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and photographs, is the property of Eugene Epoxy Floors and protected by copyright. Project photographs are examples of our work and finishes; because concrete is a natural substrate and metallic finishes are hand-poured, your floor will have its own character and will not be an exact match to any photograph.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The terms in force when your quote was accepted are the terms that apply to your project.
